Product Advantages
"Chair" is a kind of daily furniture, a seat with a backrest and armrests, available in many styles. There are also many different materials for plastic chairs. Generally speaking, there are two main types: PP and PC. The production of relatively large furniture such as chairs requires the use of a relatively large tonnage plastic injection molding machine. Here we introduce the OC-800H.
Injection molding machine unit
Computer control system
We use Taiwan's famous brand: Techmation, optionally equipped with B&R or KOBA computers as the control computer for the injection molding machine. There are multiple language versions to choose from, which are better adapted to the servo system used by OC-800H and have wide adaptability.
Injection unit
The screw and barrel are made of high-quality new materials to extend their service life. The precision screw design greatly improves the injection accuracy and effectively reduces the defective rate of products.
Mold clamping unit
The clamping force is controllable and evenly applied to the mold to minimize template deformation. It improves product accuracy while protecting the mold, extending the service life of the mold and machine.
